Sacrifice Shambling Ghast with Ashnod's Altar to add two colorless mana
Shambling Ghast's ability will trigger, you can create a Treasure token or give -1/-1 to a creature.
Cauldron of Eternity's ability will make Shambling Ghast to be placed at the bottom of your deck
Pay two mana to activate Grenzo's ability, put Shambling Ghast on the battlefield from the bottom of your deck
Repeat the process for infinite mana and/or to destroy all opponents creatures.
If Grenzo is your commander, you can sacrifice it, then cast it with infinite power, and then play all creatures in your deck.
