At the beggining of the combat phase, create a token that is a copy of Identity Thief and attack with it, exile Medomai to make the token a copy of Medomai
When Medomai deals combat damage to a player, take an extra turn.
At the end of the turn, return Medomai to the battlefield and sacrifice the token.
Repeat the process for infinite turns.
