You need at least six mana for this combo.
With Jeskai Ascendancy in play, pay 4 mana and cast Sylvan Awakening, turning your lands into creatures.
Then pay 3 mana and cast Mystic Speculation paying the Buyback cost.
Jeskai Ascendancy will untap all of your lands since they are creatures and they get +1/+1. You can also draw a card and discard a card.
Tap all your lands and cast Mystic Speculation with Buyback again.
Jeskai Ascendancy's ability will trigger again.
Repeat the process for infinite mana, infinite power, and infinite draw
