effect is not an activated ability, you can exile cards at will withNecrotic Ooze
and later use theTriskelion

to die instantly. 3. Maintaining priority, respond to the trigger by exiling another card. 4. Do this repeatedly, always allowing to resolve card triggers with a cost of 2 or less and, before exiling the next card, use theTriskelion
's ability to remove the counters and damage your opponent. 5. The number of cards with CMC 2 or less in your library must be sufficient for you to win the game.
