Dimir Discard is one of the recent emerging strategies in Pauper, possibly the only archetype to grow with the release of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The deck use the interaction of the format's discard and draw effects with Sneaky Snacker and the synergy between the Eidolons cycle of Dissension and multicolored spells to generate card advantage—establishing an interactive strategy with diverse playstyles, some more resilient with Sneaky Snacker while others are more explosive with Vampire Hounds.
The Decklist
Maindeck

Entropic Eidolon and Enigma Eidolon are the reason this deck exists. Between Dihada's Ploy and Abandon Attachments, we have enough means to consistently generate some card advantage by returning them to our hand. Although unlikely, both can also be played onto the battlefield for value when sacrificed.

To ensure the Eidolons return to our hand, we run several multicolored cards. Among them, Sneaky Snacker interacts directly with our game plan and becomes one of our main win conditions.
Dihada's Ploy and Abandon Attachments, being multicolored, have their discard effects neglected when we have Eidolons in the graveyard, in addition to generating synergies with Sneaky Snacker.
Agony Warp is a cheap removal spell with a decent scope for a two-mana card. It's worth noting that its effect gives different targets for each half, so it's possible to use it to destroy one creature and weaken another, causing it to trade negatively in combat or deal less damage to you.

To complement the discard package, The Modern Age offers two triggers to filter your hand and then turns into a complementary threat, while Vampire Hounds benefits from the Eidolons to increase its own power, offering more explosive early- and mid-game moments when accompanied by removal and multicolored spells.
Shipwreck Sifters benefits from the fact that the Eidolons are spirits to increase its own power whenever one of them is discarded, easily growing when we discard two or more of them per turn.

Since we focus heavily on our engines, our interaction package needs to synergize with our game plan or not cost mana to be caxt. Therefore, we included Snuff Out as a near-unconditional removal spell that deals with any non-black creature for only four life.
Foil interacts with our game plan, and we have access to Lorien Revealed and Dimir Aqueduct to ensure consistency in having an Island in hand to discard along with another card.

Escape Tunnel has two functions: fixing our mana early in the game and ensuring potential lethal damage Vampire Hounds in non-interactive games, where we can discard several creatures.
Dimir Aqueduct reuses land drops and also guarantees more cards to discard with Abandon Attachments and Foil, while Contaminated Aquifer can be found with Lorien Revealed to guarantee a Swamp to cast Snuff Out for free.
Sideboard

Hydroblast is a must in a format where Mono Red/Madness decks are predominant, as it deals with these more aggressive strategies at the lowest possible cost.
Arms of Hadar is our answer against go wide decks. Since we run many creatures with low toughness, paying an extra mana to deal with the opponent's threats while keeping your own is an advantage.

Last Rites interacts with our game plan while breaking the hands of combo archetypes or against attrition matches where we don't lose many resources as we discard Eidolons and Sneaky Snacker to remove essential interaction pieces from the opponent.
Dispel is our answer against Tempo strategies, especially Mono Blue Terror and Faeries, but also works against Affinity and Wildfire.

Nihil Spellbomb is the best graveyard hate we can use to deal with decks like Mono Blue Terror, Dredge, or Spy Combo. It can be swapped for Faerie Macabre if we want to respect our mana efficiency.
Extract a Confession responds effectively to Bogles and Writhing Chrysalis. Between Lorien Revealed and Snuff Out, we have little trouble paying for evidence.
