This card would be beneficial in a blue control deck that focuses on milling the opponent's library as a win condition. While Drowned Secrets can be useful in specific strategies, there are more efficient mill cards like Hedron Crab or Archive Trap that see more play due to their immediate impact on milling. However, in a deck specifically built around triggering Drowned Secrets consistently, it could be a fun and viable option to include.
