This card would be beneficial in a graveyard-focused deck that aims to fill up the graveyard quickly with cards to fuel its abilities. Decks that can easily generate card advantage and have ways to benefit from discarding cards would find Zombie Infestation useful. However, there are better cards like Bridge from Below or Gravecrawler that provide more value in terms of graveyard interactions and board presence, so Zombie Infestation may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks.
