With Omen Machine in play, players will exile cards from the top of the deck instead of drawing them and will be able to cast them without paying the cost. Drannith Magistrate does not allow opponents to play spells from anywhere other than their hands. This combo makes opponents unable to cast spells, except for the cards in their hands.
