About Paralyze

Paralyze, Enchantment — aura, designed by Anson Maddocks first released in Aug, 1993 in the set Limited Edition Alpha and was printed exactly in 15 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 0.13.

This card, Paralyze, would be beneficial in a control deck that aims to stall the opponent's creatures and disrupt their strategy. While Paralyze can be effective in certain situations, there are better options available such as cards like Pacifism or Arrest which offer similar effects without the upkeep cost, making them more efficient choices for deck building. Overall, Paralyze may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its limitations compared to other available options.

Rules

09/16/07

This is a change from the most recent wording. As was the case in the past, Paralyze itself has the last triggered ability, rather than granting that ability to the enchanted creature.

10/04/04

Paying the cost is optional.

10/04/04

The creature can only be untapped using Paralyze once per turn.
