High Ground would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on creating a wide board of creatures, such as a White Weenie or Token deck, as it enhances the defensive capabilities of your creatures. While High Ground is a decent card for its mana cost, there are better options like Brave the Sands or Always Watching that provide similar effects along with additional benefits, making them more versatile and impactful in a variety of situations. Overall, High Ground could see play in specific creature-heavy strategies, but there are stronger alternatives available.

High Ground’s effect is cumulative. If you have a creature that can already block an additional creature, now it can block three creatures.
