This card, Opt, would benefit decks that focus on card draw and deck manipulation, such as control or combo decks. While Opt is a solid card for its low cost and the ability to scry and draw a card, there are arguably better options like Serum Visions or Sleight of Hand that provide similar effects with additional benefits. Opt can still see play in decks looking for cheap and efficient card selection, but its inclusion would depend on the overall strategy and card pool of the deck.
