With Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Exquisite Blood and Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose on the Battlefield, play Blood Tribute (on the opponent with the most life or an opponent with at least half the ammount of life that the opponent with the most life has) and tap Vito for the kicker.
