About Forgotten Creation
Forgotten Creation, Creature — zombie horror, designed by Izzy first released in May, 2020 in the set Shadows over Innistrad Promos and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.10.
The Forgotten Creation card could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on drawing cards and manipulating the hand size. Its Skulk ability makes it difficult to block, allowing it to potentially deal damage consistently. However, there are likely better options for card draw in blue decks, such as Jace, the Mind Sculptor, which provides more versatile card advantage. Forgotten Creation may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering formats due to its high mana cost and situational ability.

If you cause a creature to have 0 power or less, use the actual value (which may be negative) to determine whether it can block or be blocked. A creature with skulk and 0 or less power most likely won’t be blocked, but it won’t deal combat damage and won’t trigger any abilities that trigger when combat damage is dealt.

The upkeep step is before the draw step, after the untap step. If you have no cards in hand, you can’t draw for the turn and then discard that card to draw a new one because Forgotten Creation’s last ability will already have triggered and resolved.
