Wizards of the Coast released an enchantment‑based deck alongside Secrets of Strixhaven in Azorius colors. Although we put together an upgrade guide, the feeling I had piloting the list was that, unless blue was underperforming and offering little compared to the mana‑base concessions required, it wasn't worth it.
Cutting blue, I arrived at a Mono White Auras list that's relatively common in MTGArena Best of One matches—where more linear decks tend to perform well—and with some adjustments, I prepared an efficient list for Best of Three that can serve as a starting point in the format for those looking for easy‑to‑pilot archetypes to grind daily wins.
The Decklist
Maindeck

Optimistic Scavenger or Ruin-Lurker Bat are our ideal turn one. Sequencing either one followed by the other and a one‑mana enchantment tends to start our clock in the game and put pressure on the opponent.
Bat has Lifelink, and with an Ethereal Armor, we might even try to outrace Slickshot Show‑Off in the damage race if we can keep it on board.

The two‑drops provide more resilience and added value.
Skyward Spider is the primary target for enchantments. After all, it gains Flying when modified, and Ward protects it from early removal. Alongside Sheltered by Ghosts, the opponent needs a lot of effort to deal with it.
Voice of Victory doesn't actively interact with the deck, but it enables more explosive turns where we don't have to worry about whether stacking several Ethereal Armor for lethal can be answered with Requiting Hex and end the game.
Origin of Spider-Man does a bit of everything—puts another body on board, increases a creature's power, guarantees Double Strike for lethal, and is also an enchantment to trigger our other cards.

Ethereal Armor is our win condition. Stack enchantments on board, run Feather of Flight for evasion, and attack for lethal. It works especially well if Voice of Victory is still on board when you untap.

Sheltered by Ghosts and Seam Rip interact with the board and add to the enchantment count while holding off the opponent's clock, and Shardmage's Rescue protects our threats for just one mana.

Though rare, there are situations where we have many creatures on board, and Abandoned Air Temple helps increase the clock while modifying Skyward Spider. It also puts a lot of pressure on combat with Voice of Victory if we activate it after the attack phase.
Sideboard

Rest in Peace clears the graveyard and is an enchantment for our triggers. Three copies tend to be enough against Spellementals and Excruciator, since the second copy is always useless for two mana.
Authority of the Consuls holds off the clock against Prowess, Red Aggro, and also "freezes" blockers for a turn or two against creature‑heavy archetypes.

Erode is our unconditional instant‑speed removal at the lowest possible cost. It comes in most matches where we need more board interaction, while Spectacular Tactics also adds removal in the same slot where it protects our creatures—ideal against Prowess/Spellementals.

Doorkeeper Thrull shuts down the ETB of Sunderflock and Spectacular Spider-Man on a body that also carries an Ethereal Armor well, and Knight of Grace dodges the format's black removal, useful against Excruciator and Golgari Midrange.
