This card, Exhaustion, would be beneficial in a control deck that aims to slow down the opponent's board development and disrupt their mana base. While Exhaustion can be effective in certain situations, there are better options available such as Time Warp or Temporal Mastery, which provide additional value by allowing extra turns. Whether Exhaustion sees play would depend on the specific strategy and meta of the deck, but it may not be a top choice compared to other similar cards with more impactful effects.
